Abigail will figure out how to support and properly resource staff and improve procedures so that a deal can close and the new property owner can be mailed their recorded deed a week later.

Abigail will prioritize digitizing remaining paper records, improving the online search portal, and reducing wait times for document requests. Government records belong to the public, and accessing them should be simple and free.

Abigail will improve the Clerk's annual reports to include information on office operations, processing times, and budget expenditures.
